Template editors

Your templates, your way

Every module has its own editor, and they all work the same way: tap an element and it appears on the paper, in real millimetres. Move it, change its shape, text or colour, and check it in the preview.

What they all share

An easy, precise editor

The ‘Insert element’ panel, with tiles for text and for straight, round, oval, soft-edged, triangle, diamond and pentagon photos

Insert with one tap

Text, shaped photo slots, images and colour layers. Tap the tile and the element appears on the template.

The ‘Quick format’ panel with sizes in millimetres for magnets and keyrings, photo aspect ratios and a rotate button

Quick format

Magnet and keyring sizes, aspect ratios from 1:1 to 16:9 and badges from 25 to 75 mm, without typing a single number.

Guides and snapping

Elements snap to the edges, to the centre of the paper and to each other, with measurements in millimetres.

Layers

Reorder, hide, duplicate or delete any element from the layer list. PNG backgrounds and frames go in as image layers.

Undo and shortcuts

Ctrl+Z undoes, Ctrl+D duplicates and the arrow keys move by 1 mm (5 mm with Shift). It warns you if you leave without saving.

Preview and test print

Check the template with sample photos or your own, and print a test that doesn’t use up any of the licence’s prints.

One by one

What each editor can do

Greeting cards

Cards with photo slots in any shape

  • Straight, round, oval, soft-edged, triangle, diamond, pentagon, hexagon, octagon, star and heart photo slots, with an optional frame.
  • Text with font, size, colour, bold, italic and rotation; the customer can change it when making their card.
  • PNG backgrounds and frames as image layers, plus colour layers.
  • Several formats of the same card under ‘Formats and variants’.
  • Category and price for the kiosk.
Real recording: coloured background, heart-shaped slot, round photo, handwritten text and preview.

Photo booth

The photo strip, your way

  • The classic 5x15 vertical strip or any format your printer supports.
  • Numbered slots (‘Event photo 1, 2, 3…’): each photo from the session goes into its slot, in that order.
  • The same shapes as in Greeting cards, plus backgrounds, frames, colour layers and text.
  • Event details in the text fill themselves in: {Evento} (event name), {Fecha} (date), {Hora} (time) and {Nº} (session number).
  • Preview with sample photos or with photos from the camera.
  • Global or event-specific templates, which can be exported and imported between computers.
Real recording: the classic 5x15 vertical strip with four photos in a column, the event name and date, and its preview.

ID photos

ID photo sheets for any country

  • Country and variant name, paper and paper colour.
  • Official-size slots in one tap: 26×32, 30×35, 30×40, 35×35, 35×45, 40×50, 50×50, 50×70 and 75×100 mm, or a custom size.
  • Biometric mask to frame the customer; it shows on screen and is not printed.
  • ‘Photo background’ for each slot: white, grey, blue, red or any colour you choose. It is what appears behind the person once their background is removed, so a single sheet can carry copies with different backgrounds.
  • Fixed text and images on the sheet, and a price per template.

The built-in templates already cover 41 countries; the editor lets you add your own.
